The annual Corporate Management Conference is held on Jan. 13, 2024 at our company meeting room. The conference brought together company’s executives, managers to reivew the achievement and shortcomings of 2023 and do the planing for 2024. The theme of this year’s conference is “Crossing the Cycle, Creating the Future Together”.  The meeting began with opening remarks from the CEO, who emphasized the need to adapt and innovate in the face of changing market dynamics, especially the EV battery pack market. Keynote presentations by the manager from each department.

Overall, the company’s annual business management conference was a huge success, promoting collaboration and knowledge sharing among industry leaders and professionals. On Jan. 14th, Sunday, our manager team join together to go hiking. This adventure took us to the stunning peaks of a nearby mountain range, where we were given a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to work together, overcome obstacles, and strengthen our bonds as a cohesive team. Amid rugged terrain and stunning natural surroundings, we climb steep hills together, overcome challenging obstacles, and cheer each other on as we reach new heights—literally and figuratively. The physical demands of climbing require us to communicate effectively, provide support, and demonstrate resilience in the face of adversity, fostering a sense of togetherness and shared achievement. Throughout our journey, we encountered moments that tested our individual and collective resolve, but the encouragement and camaraderie shown by every team member kept us going. When we reach the top, the sense of accomplishment and unity is palpable, reinforcing the value of teamwork and the power of collaboration to achieve a common goal. This mountaineering trip not only provided us with a thrilling adventure, but also served as a powerful metaphor for our shared professional journey. This experience gave us a heightened sense of mutual respect, trust and understanding, laying a strong foundation for continued teamwork, innovation and the success of collaborative efforts. In retrospect, this mountaineering trip provided an opportunity for personal growth, team cohesion, and realignment of collective vision, emphasizing the importance of resilience, communication, and synergy in reaching new pinnacles of achievement both on the mountainside and in the workplace.
