First of all, the chairman of the board, Mr. Wu , gave a wonderful speech, he recalled that in 2023, under the joint efforts of all colleagues, the company was fruitful, the operating results increased significantly, and once again hit a new record high, with a total investment of 1 billion in the new energy battery integrated system (CCS) production and R & D base construction project was successfully launched; in the soft strength of the company was also greatly improved, in 2023, the company was honoured to be on the list of national speciality, speciality and new small giants. The company has also been greatly improved in terms of soft strength, in 2023, the company was listed on the national list of small giants, successfully selected as “Fujian Provincial Enterprise Technology Centre”, “Xiamen Municipal Enterprise Technology Centre”, “Intelligent On-line Inspection” and “Production Plan Optimization” in Fujian Province. We have been selected as “Fujian Provincial Enterprise Technology Centre”, “Xiamen Municipal Enterprise Technology Centre”, “Intelligent On-line Inspection” and “Production Plan Optimisation” in Fujian Province, and have obtained a number of national patents for our high-performance superconducting NMR coils. “In the year of 2023, a number of excellent employees with “professionalism, pragmatism, innovation and dedication” emerged while the company achieved prosperous development. After the strict selection of each department, the company’s comprehensive assessment and selection, in 2023, a total of 13 annual outstanding employees were selected, they were from: R & D Centre, Sales Department, Manufacturing Department, SMT Division, CCS Division, Quality Assurance Department and Jiangsu plant of the excellent representatives. In order to thank the excellent employees for their hard work and dedication, the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Wu, and the Executive Vice President, Ms. Su, awarded the excellent employees with bonuses, certificates of honour and trophies respectively. Encourage everyone to cherish the honour, make persistent efforts, continue to play a role model in the new year, study hard, think well, innovate, grow with the company and make greater contributions to the company.

Tonight is a wonderful moment for all BOLION family members to get together, and also a big stage for everyone to give full play to their special talents. Although the production task is heavy at the end of the year and all the work is relatively busy, but each department still enthusiastically recommend talent programmes, actively participate in the tailgate party performance activities, with joy and laughter to play the new chapter of 2024. The programmes included the globally popular “Subject 3″, the Minnan song “The World’s First etc.”, the English song brought by the BEC representatives, and the “Loving You as We Are from the Same Family” brought by the managenmentl team. “Finally, the board of director executives appeared on stage and brought “Tomorrow will be better” to the audience. The cultural performance was carried out cheerfully in the symphony of blessing and clinking of glasses, with each department displaying their talents, singing and dancing, and the atmosphere of the scene was ignited again and again, fully displaying the lively and youthful outlook of Bolion’s family members.
