Our CCS has industry-leading fully automated production lines that can comprehensively improve assembly efficiency, process control, quality stability, and other related capabilities.

SMT production lines include 3D-AOI, X-Ray, SPI, etc. Among them, we have also independently developed a one-time welding patent to effectively improve SMT patch efficiency and quality control.

SMT can produce 27 million pieces per year, CCS can produce 18 million sets per year, and IBB can produce 3.25 million pieces per year.
